How did you realise they can effect the pill then? With how hard it is to conceive (eg only certain days) im sure you would be pretty unlucky (or lucky!) to catch like that. I have not used additional protection when i have been on a course of tablets and have never even had a scare - but each of us is different so i will watch this space!

my doctor is pretty crap tbh, i usually know whats wrong with me before i go in, i went in and said i have tonsilitus, he took a very quick look and said i was right, printed me a prescription and gave it to me and said 'ok all sorted'...that was it!!!

i only found out it'll effect it when i read the leaflet!!
